Beginning Monday 11th November, whether you're looking for something completely new, have kettlebells at home you wish you knew how to use, want to make sure you know what you're doing in the gym, or would like to injury-proof your marathon training for 2020, Spark Beginner's Kettlebell course is the way to finish 2019 strong.
