The great news is that no matter where you join us from, you can guarantee to experience our friendly, non-judgemental, inclusive approach! That's right... we don't subscribe to traditional ideas that weight loss equals a better you! In fact, we understand how many times you've tried that approach and  - just like us - how many times it's failed you! So instead, we focus on the fun, joyful, uplifiting ways that we can all bring better health and happiness into our lives! More so than that, we encourage all our members to join us in ending the stigma and discrimination that comes with weight-biased fitness approaches so that health, fitness and a safe exercise spaces are available to all.
